How many sessions will I need?  

Cognitive Hypnotherapy can produce results in as little as 4 to 6 sessions. Sometimes a few more sessions may be required  to help you make the changes you want. These changes are made at the best possible speed for you to experience lasting transformation. There are many people in this field who make all sorts of claims and guarantees; what I promise you is that I’ll use the best techniques available  to help you make the changes you want.

Will I go to sleep and wake up without my problem ?
Well, no, not usually in a single session. Therapeutic change can only take place when the client and therapist work together.  Hypnosis is a lovely state of relaxation and  during this time we can change your subconscious beliefs.

Can anyone be hypnotised? 

Yes, anyone can be hypnotised provided they want to be.  No one can be hypnotised against their will. 

What does hypnosis feel like?
I mostly use  light hypnosis so clients will usually feel relaxed and calm. The light hypnosis feels like a mild sleepy state, you will be aware of everything that is going on, you are in control at all times, your eyes will be closed. Some of the work we do together means you will talk to me while in this relaxed state
